A state-wide, not for profit agency seeks an experienced general maintenance individual for multiple housing facilities and locations throughout the Peoria Central IL. region. Duties include: HAV, plumbing and roof and siding repairs; and restoration of kitchens, bathrooms and general living areas.

Requirements include: St. of IL. drivers license and passing of drug/alcohol and criminal background checks. Preferred candidates will possess HAV and plumbing certification and general contractor experience.
