?X Solid understanding of American??s sales process, product knowledge and product demonstration ability and customer service
?X Satisfactory completion of American Sales Training Program (STAR)
?X Able to stand and walk for long periods of time
?X Must have energy and enthusiasm
?X A competitive drive is a MUST!

Experience Requirements:
?X High School Diploma/GED
?X 1-2 years retail and/or customer service experience
?X Ability to work retail hours
