Prior Food Service Management and culinary experience is appreciated but not required due to ARAMARK's extensive on the job training program.

Skills Required:

Food Service or Supervisory skills preferred but not required. Must be able to manage a team of 6 employees.
Responibilities include: Supervising Cooks, scheduling Cooks, Following sanitation schedules, Following HAPPC program, Some paper work, Basic computer skills. Being able to attend and pass the IL Sanitation License program. (Cost is paid by Aramark.) Employment with ARAMARK Correctional Services is contingent upon the satisfactory completion of all required pre-employment screening checks, including but not limited to, criminal background checks.
