In this position, you will be expected to exceed customer expectations at the customer assistance counter by providing friendly and caring service. Responsibilities include: customer relations, cash handling, balancing drawers, exchanges, cancellations, returns, price adjustments, various credit tasks, miscellaneous computer functions and occasional door greeting.
Skills Required:
Qualifications include: Must have ability to learn and execute extraordinary customer relations skills through effective communication. Demonstration of teamwork and enthusiasm for the job is essential. Previous customer service experience preferred, but we are willing to train those with positive attitudes.
