• Making Copies
• Filing
• Scanning
• Quoting new policies
• Making Endorsements to existing policies
• Claim Filing
• Submitting Claims to companies
• Customer Support
• Interacting with customers and carriers over the phone and via email
• Answering Phones
• Email Communication
• Keeping the front desk area clean
Job-Specific Tasks
• Non-residential Licensing
• Licensing Renewals
• Scheduling CE Classes for Employees
• Taking checks to the bank
o Applying the money to the correct accounts in the system
o Making copies of checks and deposit slips before making the deposit
o Knowing the difference between the bank accounts (We will teach you)

Technical Skills:
• Microsoft Outlook
• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• AMS 360
Other skills and qualification:
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable Vehicle
• Licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance (Not Required, but will be willing to get)
