Participants in the Management
Training Program are responsible for learning and performing a variety of activities that will prepare them to be an Assistant Manager.
Among the management traineefs duties:
• Ensuring the satisfaction of both
commercial and do-it-yourself customers and building positive long-term relationships with them
• Assisting with store merchandising, stock rotation and replenishment, and
housekeeping functions
• Learning about products and making appropriate recommendations for their use
• Accepting product shipments
• Tinting paint
• Making deliveries to customer jobsites
• Preparing paperwork for processing and paying bills
• Assisting in collecting market information on customers and competitors

Skills Required:
¡ College graduate (business majors preferred) with a minimum GPA of 2.5;
¡ Eligible to work in the United States on a full-time basis,
without sponsorship or restrictions;
¡ Willingness to relocate for first assignment and career
advancement;
¡ Valid Driverfs License;
¡ Excellent communication skills, a good work ethic,
and interest in an active, eroll-up-your-sleevesf type of
environment are essential;
¡ Preference given to candidates with experience in
sales, customer service, food service, or
construction.
