Responsibilities:
CNAs and PCA Caregivers assigned to Home Services cases provide non-medical care to clients in their own home including companionship & supervision; homemaking—light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry; medication reminders; transportation to errands and appointments; and personal care—bathing, dressing, toileting, personal hygiene, ambulation, & transfers.
CNAs assigned to Home Nursing cases use their training and experience to provide higher level care that in addition to care listed above also provide vital signs, observation, skin assessment, assistance with feeding, and communication with the Clinical Nursing Supervisor.

Qualifications:
Act in a manner that is caring, compassionate and reliable
Ability to drive client, as requested
Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, proof of auto insurance and a reliable vehicle
Maintain a professional appearance

Must be able to pass a pre-employment, criminal background and drug screen
