My family and I are seeking a quality PA/Caregiver to fill the following hours needed for 2nd shift:
2nd Shift
Monday(7:00pm-12:00am)
Thursday (7:00pm-11:00pm)
Friday(7:00pm-11:00pm)


I'm a 31 year old man and require a lot of help but I'm patient and college educated. I live in North Peoria with my parents and am looking for help as they both work full time.

We are looking for a PA or Caregiver to provide total assistance, anything you would do for yourself I need you to do for me. My disability is Muscular Dystrophy. No medical or caregiving experience necessary, but may be helpful; on the job training provided for all aspects of the job. None of my caregivers have a medical background and have been trained to take care of my needs, so anyone can do this. You will be trained by a combination of current caregivers and family. Patient is mentally alert and speaks and eats normally. Having caregivers means I can continue to live at home.

There is no lifting all transferring is done using a ceiling lift.This is not a companion position, you will be actively working providing care and some basic housekeeping during your shift. We are needing someone who can learn quickly, be personable, stay alert, show up consistently, and be on time. You must be a non-smoker, have your own transportation and be able to pass a background check. Two biggest needs are to show up to work and to call in advance if you can't.

Duties include: Feeding, transferring using a lift and sling, bathing, positioning in bed / wheelchair, giving medications.

This is a important job you need to be able to get enough sleep so you have enough energy to do the job.
