Entry level position in the Wine and Spirit industry. Looking for seasonal Merchandisers to service our off-premise customers (Grocery Stores, Liquor Stores, Chain Stores, etc.)in the Springfield, IL area:

Purpose:
Effectively execute Off- Premise initiatives in order to maximize volume and profit within accounts.

Key Accountabilities:
- Obtain preferred Distributor Status
- Meet and exceed customer expectations on fundamental business needs
- Lead and direct Merchandising Activities within accounts

Key Tasks:
- Communicating Merchandising Tactics to Accounts
- Build and Refresh Displays
- Place Point of Sales Merchandise in Account
- Stock Shelves or Cold Boxes as necessary

Skills Required:

Capabilities:
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Solid Organizational and follow up skills
- Good communication skills
- Must have a valid driver?s license & insurance
- Must have access to personal vehicle
- Must be 21yrs of age
- Ability to lift 45 to 65 lbs (average weight of 1 case of product)
