Responsible for the overall planning, organizing, leading, and profitability of the shop. The store manager will lead the staff to meet budgeted revenue, customer satisfaction standards, and overall shop organization and cleanliness.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• P&L responsibility.
• Hire, train and develop staff to meet company guidelines.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the shop including staff management, customer service, inventory management, and warehouse management.
• Lead a team who is motivated to achieve the overall success of the shop.
• Responsible for continuing education on product knowledge.
• Building Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty.
• Merchandising, Promoting and delivering Products and Services.
• Meets audit requirements for proper policies and procedures and inventory control.
• Energetic responsiveness to every customer, on the phone and in the store – internally and externally.
Skills Required:
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management desired but will consider 3+ years’ experience in retail management.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
