Position Desired: Sous chef/line cook

I have been in the culinary field since 2004. I've worked in a casual fine dinning restaurant along with several bar scenes and my most recent was a made from scratch kitchen.

I worked my way up to sous chef and was in charge of doing inventories, ordering food for restaurants, making schedules as well as others.

Desired Compensation / Salary:
anywhere from 11.50 to 13.00 an hour or salary
