The success of a mission is through the success of those performing the tasks. I have completed a twenty-year career in the United States Navy and have been a part of the Caterpillar Team for seven years. I have participated in many successful missions and projects during my careers. Training, personal drive, communication and effective leadership are only a few of the qualities that inspired each member to unite for a common goal, success. I would like to expand my experiences and training to ensure the continued success of a Company that is sincere about the safety and welfare of its employees, the ethics of its business foundations, the quality of its product and the satisfaction of its customers.

During my military career I had a variety of job descriptions, areas of assignment and responsibilities. I found that the constant of change is not an adversary but the norm to ensure consistency in achieving higher goals. I received numerous decorations and commendations to include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, (4) Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals, and numerous high-ranking Letters of Commendation for superior performance. What are these awards? They are incentives, inspiration and recognition to demonstrate gratefulness for my contributions and to ensure the continued upward mobility of a team member�s future goals.

In my Resume I have provided a summary of the skills that I have acquired through formal training and on-the-job experience. With each role assigned, or task performed, I utilized an analytical approach and self-motivation to drive success. Empowerment allowed me to progressively assume additional responsibilities, parallel multiple job roles and advance in many different skill-sets.
