Spooky But Safe ART, Inc., the organization that uses art, drama and more to reach out to youth in the community, held a "Lights On After School" event with a Halloween theme. One activity was a Paint and Sip, and Halloween costumes were given away, and other activities for adults as well. Their theater was outstanding as far as decorations with lots of animatronics, fog, and other spooky scenes.

Go to the Zoo. It's spooky and safe too, and it's still going on. Thurs, Fri & Sat nights.

PeoriaIllinoisan : We have grandsons overnight Saturday, thought about taking them...until I saw the admission price! A little bit more than I thought.
DennisinPeoria : $14 isn't bad at all, imo, especially if you compare it to Wildlife Scary Park. You should go. Take your camera.
