It's OVER!!

When I started h@billybob : I started hearing right-wing talk radio begrudgingly speaking out against it yesterday afternoon. Wow, that's weird. I thought they'd carry his water thru the next Jan 6th attempt.

CIA Director Radcliff and Hegseth are both oppsoosed to the agreement.
The Republicans got some polling numbers that are exceedingly dismal about the landscape and their current prospects for keeping control of Congress. Consequently,they have been shaken to core and seem to be changing, speaking out and standing up more to Trump.

Under the agreement with Iran they can shut down the Strait of Hormuz at any time and start charging transit fees.The agreement also includes no Israel attacks in Lebanon, Netanyahu is not happy. He called in US Ambassador Mike Huckabee to explain things, Huckabee told the media Israel has a right to defend itself

No details on agreement until Friday. Will that be after the market closes? This sounds so shady.

Has any one noticed that Sec.of State Rubio and Sec, of War Hegseth are nowhere to be seen.? They have not done interviews or been on tv since this agreement was announced. Neither have they been on the Hill making the rounds to drum up support for it,

Waste, fraud, abuse, as well as deficit spending, debt ceilings, and growing federal debt...are only problems for the GOP (has been forever) whenever Democrats are in the WH and/or control Congress.

Unfortunately, so it seems, that there is a chance that certain funds were used to do things that the government did not have authority to do. There are about 6 places that might be the case. However, for now, I will only talk about the Kennedy Center. The Washington Opera was one of the groups that left the Kennedy Center. Through the decades 17 million was donated to the Kennedy Center with the specific purpose of aiding the Washington Opera. If for any reason the Washington Opera ever moved from the Kennedy Center the money was supposed to follow them. The estate lawyers, the best in the country, have repeatedly demanded the money be given to the opera, it has not happened. The lawyers patience has run out.

@mypeez : Yes, the thinking goes that it will fail and when it does Trump will be in the clear as Trump did not get involved. Fail they will as Israel started massive bombing in Lebanon last night. The first round of peace talks have been canceled that were scheduled to be held in Switzerland.. Common sense tells us that neither Vance or Rubio will be the nominee for president in 2028. Two former or current R governors see the handwriting on the wall and are making plans to run.

@mypeez : In so much as Trump asked for a volunteer to step forward and everyone else stepped back. Seems Vance may be pegged as the fall guy. ... but watch for Hegseth too. Militarily this has been a lacking as well. We have assets getting bombed repeatedly in the Middle East and everyone seems to be just standing around.... Did we really destroy Iran's nuclear assets? ... doesn't seem accurate. We got all these troops sitting on boats over there waiting.... for what?... a drone swarm to take them all out?

Israel lobbyists are really ramping up their lobbying efforts against the peace talks.Look for a number of senators who were very, very loyal to Trump to speak out very aggressively against this agreement.
