Trump doesn't need to be on the list. I think there's enough other evidence that he's a rapist. Of course, the "party of family values" chooses to ignore it all.

I have to first apologize for my inserted link - as I have no idea as the credibility or veracity of the publication nor the journalist reporting - only that the same terms were used that evoked my response. I have seen judges say "could release", "should release", "ought to release", "deserve to the release" - but none have said "Must Release" - this is the purpose of the judiciary. When our congress is in conflict with our executive branch - their word is the decision that breaks the tie. It is the essence of the check and balance directive of a three branch division. Yet, when they do not use compelling language - namely for fear of or reinforcement to the conflict - it mires the credibility of all three branches of government and reinforces the lack of trust we continuously feel.At this point, if they haven't gotten the names out that they wanted out (and they're lying to say they haven't done that to some degree), then either it is impossible to vindicate or exclude the desired names - they just can't.
