@ChefKevin : That's hilarious. Bar Louie. Oh boy....I can't remember exactly where but we were driving just the other week from Pittsburgh back home and I saw a Bar Louie ... "hey hun, want to stop and eat lunch there!?" EVIL EYE.

I forget the name, but the Mexican place on Main, in the former Haddads, is good.

@joepyeweed : That was some delicious stuff but they are gone and closed up now. I believe that was Peking resteraunt from the top of Main st. hill.

I dislike the Blue Duck...went when they fist opened..3 tables and we couldn't get anyone to wait on us after they seated us..almost walked out when someone finally came to the table..but that staff..could have cared less..food wasn't all that good either...went back a few months later and wait staff was still bad and well..the food just sucked..

Bring back the River Station!

I know this is not in Peoria, but, Gil's in Hanna City is really great.

I made a couple of grilled ham and cheese sandwiches and ate them down at the river front. Best place in town quit and the waiting staff was great. Bag lunch only.
