Charlie's at Sunset Cove A new bar & grill on the east side of the river, towards Spring Bay. Several years ago it operated as Dolphin Cove. Just north of the East Peoria Boat Club. There's a marina behind it. I used to go to Dolphin Cove just to see all the paraphernalia in the place. It had everything from antique outboard motors to sharks hanging from the ceiling. Charlie is planning on opening after the first of the year.
