The Daily Funny

I will try to keep this up knowing the 7 day posting limit rule. Some hopefully will tickle your funny bone, some might make you think, some may be political, hence the Fast Lane. (Definitely feel free to add your favorites)
I've always enjoyed the single panel Non Sequitur series. Here's a few, including last Sunday's strip:

Just discovered this daily single panel comic. "9 to 5" almost is more political than Doonesbury. Funny, but relevant.

A long time ago, I enjoyed reading "Cathy" comics, a working girl who seemed to obsess over dating, dieting, and shopping. I looked at a recent strip, and after all these years, she finally got engaged. Sunday's offering talks about cell phones and caller IDs upsetting her mom.

The antics of Garfield the cat always has brought a smile for a laugh to me when reading. Mondays are his least favorite day, but then coffee seems to help.

I'm sure a lot of us have read and enjoyed "Peanuts" in newspaper comics, television, and movies. I've seen Snoopy be portrayed as "The Great Pumpkin" and the "Easter Beagle", but never "The April Fool".

Anyone who has a dog can probably relate to this single panel comic, "Marmaduke". Loved seeing this one in classified ads section of the PJS.

Another favorite over the years features a young boy whose stuffed tiger comes seemingly to life, and they have adventures...and get in trouble sometimes.

Some comic strips I haven't read in so many years, it interesting how they've evolved with the age of electronics. And how they incorporate that in storylines.
The dad in "Baby Blues" (another favorite I used to read in PJS) tries to get his children away from tablets, and use their imagination with...an empty box.

Having to be a work today at 4:45 am didn't give me time to post a "funny".

I had mentioned that "Cathy" had gotten engaged, something I thought was recent. Nope, it was 2004.
But this strip has her gushing about it to her tax return preparer, asking her about changes to income in 2003.

Another Peanuts classic, with Lucy wondering if she'll be crabby when she gets old. Charlie Brown and Schroeder try to talk her out of being crabby.

Bonus Funny.
Today's Doonesbury is non-political. It pokes fun at the ever growing sport of...
Pickleball.
