While the public's attention is elsewhere... DoJ files brief that basically says neither the courts nor Congress have the authority to force the release of the Epstein files.The Trump administration has no intention of releasing anything they don't want to release.

Anyone start to wonder if all this is to distract people and media away from Epstein files? Congress passed a bill requiring files be released. Sleepy Don signed it. He encouraged the passing of the bill. So can the DOJ be held in contempt by Congress? Or Executive branch is basically ignoring the other 2 branches until they need a favor?
