You live there and don't know your town. Pekin has always been a dark horse.
A Pekin man was arrested for bringing a horse downtown. I think if he had a pooper scooper or bag, he might have been fine. #msg1957302
We should boycott gasoline since BIG OIL are co-conspirators to this mess. That's why Peoria is stripping off so many bike lanes. For just this type of problem.

AI Overview The U.S. federal government provides an estimated $10 billion to $35 billion per year in direct subsidies and specific tax breaks to the oil, gas, and broader fossil fuel industries. When including indirect costs like environmental damage and unpriced pollution externalities, estimates soar to hundreds of billions or over $700 billion annually.

Last week in my travels I noticed there's a lot of gas in Illinois under $4 a gallon again. I won't even mention other states according to GasBuddy. Except Central Illinois specifically Peoria. Nothing new.

Yet more expensive gas than other states around us. Makes no sense. #msg1957681

Indiana doesn't look so good. Wisconsin and Missouri are kind of unattractive too. Iowa mandates a lot of ethanol in their fuel to support the local farmers. These numbers really do not take ethanol subsidies into account.
@Mahkno :
Curious as to which states that show the higher percentages or higher monthly costs of gas....are considered Republican-run states?
