Glen Oak Park Pavilion is getting a new roofAll slate. It was built in 1895. Assuming this is the first complete tear off and rebuild, that would mean the original roof lasted 129 years. Not bad. They're working on the south side of the building. According to the 2024 budget, "phase 1" is slated to cost $300,000. (see what I did there?)I don't know this for certain, but I would guess phase 2 would be for the north side.See that guy on the lift.
