I think the sigh was her sarcastic response to Trump questioning her faith. She was using sarcasm because telling Trump (or anyone else) to go **** yourself would be considered rude in most social situations.
@Carguy You can see when a Lib makes a generalization, it's supposed to flow right thru. When a non-Lib makes a generalization, you immediate get a demand to tie down specifics.
