Chances are that everyone knows someone navigating these and other difficult health challenges.
Many people spend their days alone, and even when family is present, they often do not check in or offer support when it is needed. Not everyone is the same, yet they are often treated as if they are. Caring for others can be especially challenging when nursing home costs reach $7,000 a month and their children are unable or unwilling to provide support. It's understandable why some people end up without stable housing care and support from communities.
