... Strait of Hormuz is rapidly becoming Trumps Iranian hostage crisis, If it already has not done so, Sec. of Energy said the US is not ready to escort tankers through the Strait of Hormuz, He said it would be the end of March, He amended things later and said early April,A new all time high for oil is probably moving in on the radar screen,
@mypeez :
He's asking for allies to help escort oil tankers through the Strait.
Good luck on that, the way he's **** off the other countries with his tariffs and belligerent attacks on some of their leaders. Including Spain and the UK. My opinion and mine alone and not my employer's.

Key US allies humiliate Trump with war call snub
Major allies of the United States are refusing to answer President Donald Trump's desperate pleas for help in his war on Iran.
British Prime Minister Keir Starmer said he would not be sending warships to help the U.S. reopen the Strait of Hormuz after Trump, 79, called for allied reinforcements, The Telegraph reported on Sunday. The nation's energy minister, Ed Miliband, said the British government was looking at "any options" to help restart shipping in the region, but that the country's position relied on a de-escalation of fighting as the "best and simplest way." An Australian government official also said that the country would not send any of its naval ships to assist at the Strait of Hormuz, Reuters reported on Sunday evening. The two American allies are the only countries other than the U.S. to have combat-ready Tomahawk cruise missiles. Other allies, including France, Japan, and South Korea, have signaled similar reluctance. Iran closed off the Strait of Hormuz, the only sea passage connecting the Persian Gulf to the open ocean, on March 2. Since then, the crucial trade corridor's daily shipping traffic has shrunk tremendously, with its typical average of 60 ships per day dwindling to only two, according to hormuzstraitmonitor.com. Americans have felt the war at home at the pump, as the average price for a gallon of gas has shot up to $3.70, over 22 percent higher than it was a month ago at $2.94.

Under the very, very, very, very best conditions, only about 10% of the tanker traffic would be able to get through the Strait of Hormuz with ships escorting them.
None of this includes the possibility that an escorting ship would have to pass a tanker to return fire. There are some blind spots in the strait where the escorting ship would not be able to see, That is a problem as Iran is very top
heavy with mobile launchers,

Of course DJT went off topic at the John F Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts Board Meeting (don't care what it's called now), saying he spoke with a former President "recently", with that former POTUS confessing they wish they had gone after Iran like he did.
Except aides with all 4 former Presidents say they've never talked to DJT about this.
So who's probably lying?

A US warship capable of carrying thousands of US soldiers is now sailing off one coast of Singapore towards Iran, Somewhat unclear if the soldiers are part of the 2500 ground troops that Trump was sending or in addition to the 2500.

Hopefully and prayerfully he does not see something coning on his radar screen that he does want to happen on his time.
Something that no one will listen to and pay attention,
Expectations are that soon there will be more resignations from there will be more resignations from there. Possibly even Tulsi Gabard.

Word came out tonight that never, ever, at any previous time, have they seen such RAGE exhibited by Trump as they have seen on a nonstop basis over the last few days.

You spend months insulting and threatening your friends... then are mad when they don't want to join you in beating up some third world nation.
