Peoria County Fair? Now that there is no longer a Heart of Illinois Fair, what about a Peoria County Fair? Hold it out of the city of Peoria, maybe at Three sisters Park? It doesn't have to be enormous maybe the size of the pumpkin festival. I don't know how parking would work or anything, I'm just throwing it out there.

I've often wondered how the small festivals around the area seem to flourish, while the HOI Fair died a slow, painful death. I think a county fair in a somewhat rural setting would be great.

Growing up, I always enjoyed the Logan County Fair more than the Illinois State Fair.
