The paper looks good. Now go drive it. Ones who design these ramps and intersections. Yet now put a person in a vehicle and tell them to stay in the lines. Driving most vehicles, you have no problem. Yet throw in the factor of alcohol and lack of sleep, cell phones, combing your hair, putting on eye liner, eating the sandwich. Well what is the problem.

There is no accident proof roadway...you named most of the reasons except a couple key ones....speeding....or driving too fast for conditions. Most ramps and curves have advisory speed limits based on the tightness of the curves ahead. My guess is one of these two was the culprit for most of the incidents
