It's common for Congress to break around end of September in Election years, so they can campaign.But I agree that they need to work on issues. But why would they, they've given up a lot of their job to the executive order-happy guy in his golden Oval office in the White House.
Plus, Johnson letting them out early because of the strong Blue Wave that's coming in November. But that's my opinion and mine alone and no one else.
