Tom Tillis New Book
Being published Tuesday called "How to Lose Friends and Antagonize Presidents"
He lays it all out on his last few months as a Senator, including regrets on supporting Hegseth and Kennedy for cabinet secretary positions. And why he started opposing the President on issues, risking his political future. Which is why he's not running for reelection.

"I know for a fact that there are others like me," Tillis writes, "Republicans who agreed to go along with the early demands of the Trump team no matter how ridiculous they were, believing that failing to do so would mean the end of their political career, and who now see that things have gone way too far. He writes that he can count at least 30 of his GOP colleagues who have "expressed reservations (to put it mildly) about many of the president's actions in private. Then, when the reporters showed up with their cameras and microphones, they'd have nothing but nice things to say."
That last quote tells me the level of hypocrisy among GOP lawmakers, and that they're only looking out for themselves and being reelected instead of looking out for the country and their state or district.
A very revealing article, especially whit how he ended the book.
My opinion and mine alone.
