Woohoo! Vacation!
Woohoo! Vacation! District 150 is on break for two weeks, so it's vacation time! Not so much vacation...couple days camping wedged between doctor's appointments, helping mom, yard work, putting all of the furniture back into a room I had a floor re-done due to water damage..... At least the weather should be really good for the most part.
Still hate the two weeks off, though. One of my best students suggested take a Friday off, then the whole next week for both fall and spring break. It would mean we would start early mid August and be done before Memorial Day. This year, we started Aug 3 and have to report the 4 days after Memorial Day, or longer if we have a snow day.

PeoriaIllinoisan : I'll take the two weeks in the fall. Two weeks in the spring and the kids have already checked out and think summer break starts early. They need to make it so it ends on Easter weekend.
But I don't have my PhD, so my thoughts don't count.
