I go to the Taco John's about once a month in East Peoria. I always order 3 soft shell beef tacos, potato oles and a small drink. As always the tacos are delicious with the added packages of hot taco sauce (not salsa). My only complaint is they will not add extra seasoning of the oles! When they had Frito buritos I would eat them, and they were tasty as well. Otherwise I can't really comment on the food. They are nevery crowded but there is always a steady stream of customers. The restaurant is always clean and the help is very friendly.

i love this place, 6 pack and a pound are my go to football food.
