I would think so. But he's probably under pressure from the temporary WH resident to ignore the laws. Otherwise, he'd be fired.

@Mahkno : I vote by mail, but I'm ok with this. Sooner or later, trump's illegal bs will catch up with him and his toadies. He's already feathered his nest, I'm sure, but I wouldn't bet on his toadies being out of reach.
