Sluggish economy growth

Apparently only 1.5% in last quarter, but consumer spending is up.
But is it up because of inflation?

If anyone in the Bureau of Labor Standards or the Commerce department gathered that data and put it out, they might need to start packing their bags, because the WH guy doesn't like low numbers....

Part of the reason the market is up is because Trumps overly optimistic that progress has been made in the Iran peace talks. Some progress has been made but a deal is nowhere in sight Have you notice how often he makes those comments just as the markets open?

@billybob : I would not call Trump's actions as being overly optimistic. He is very intentionally manipulating the market. His family and cohorts are making money off it.
