It's apparent some forum members either don't know or care to recognize why Peoria has been negatively recognized in most categories that concern livability in general. Incompetence is acceptable throughout city and county governments. The courts, police and legal community are corrupt by design, ruining countless lives in their way. I'm done with the people that live there, as well as this ultra-biased forum.
@HipKat : oh, I know. The bad thing is these idiots around here cant shoot. I heard 2 dozen shots the other night from behind the school. Both guys lived. They dont care or are smart enough to think about where those other rounds go.
If that were a question on a grade school math exam there would probably be some students that would say it was a total of 8 people shot in a total of 2 incidents. 2 times 4=8. It would make for a good trick question to see how and if the students are reading and thinking.
