Peoria Brewing Company is looking for an experienced Tap Room/Bar manager. Candidates MUST HAVE managerial experience in either a tasting/tap room or bar setting. Craft beer knowledge and passion is also a must. This is a full time position and manager must be available weekends and some holidays. This position will report to the Operations Manager. Day to day activities include: Bartending Ensuring all of our customers have the best possible experience in the tap room Managing and scheduling other servers Opening up and closing out many days of the week Managing the profitability of the tap room Planning and executing events in the tap room – often working with other groups to do so Working with the owners group to properly market the tap room All other day to day activities necessary to keep the tap room running properly.
