@Ptownliferalmost : I absolutely love Carl Cannon!! I'd vote for him!! Several years ago I worked on a Peoria area fundraiser event (Walk for the Mind) with him, and the number of enthusiastic people he gathered to be involved in the event was amazing. This event was started by my young friend Mark Linder who died from a brain tumor. I was honored to have been asked by him to help him initiate this annual event before he died at a young age.

Second that is basically a statement of fact regarding who has historically held that office.
