She made it very clear every place wants it this good. Not going to happen they need to fix tax codes. Then goes on to say better make sure its a good deal before proceeding. All sound like pretty sound advice all of which the COP didn't do either.

What if Microsoft was to move in or Google it would have to be that level of a company to compare with. Then again the number are subjective no hard fact they will happen as promised.
