Sales Associate Job Description (Must be able to Work Weekends) Sales associates provide fast and friendly service to customers, as well as providing information on products, features, current promotions. New Metro by T-Mobile is offering and answering any questions customers might have. This position is expected to perform all sales duties necessary to offer service to customers, keep store clean, marketing New Metro by T-Mobile products and promotions, meet sales quota, and follow all company policies and procedures to ensure proper and efficient operation. We have Different Locations: in Peoria and Pekin where we are hiring. Duties and responsibilities. Heavy interaction and order processing with customers; deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction.
